Very rare Hendrixa areyouexperiencedica dove… ok, let’s be honest, Dave just wanted to have a little fun.  The carving is actually a mourning dove, and it sat around a while waiting for paint.  One day while examining his belly button lint, Dave leapt up from the chair and screamed “Eureka! What if I do my normal soft feather blending, but go psychedelic with the color scheme?”

And that, folks, is how weird ideas are formed. There is a good chance this is just the first in a series of weird birds. And why not? Life is short, put a little color in it!
